In the event of heavy rain, flooding, or any unsafe weather, certain activities may be delayed, modified, or cancelled for your safety.
We will do our best to provide alternative activities or reschedule the program where possible.
⏳ Last-Minute Changes
Please understand that some changes to the itinerary may occur with short notice, due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., road conditions, river safety levels, or community events).
Our team will inform you immediately of any changes and will prioritize your comfort, safety, and experience.
🧾 Booking & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 3 days before the program date will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 1 day or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
In the case of cancellation due to dangerous weather conditions, we will offer rescheduling or a partial refund based on the situation.
