Our programs take place in natural outdoor environments and are subject to weather and environmental conditions.
In the event of heavy rain, flooding, or any unsafe weather, certain activities may be delayed, modified, or cancelled for your safety.
We will do our best to provide alternative activities or reschedule the program where possible.
⏳ Last-Minute Changes
Please understand that some changes to the itinerary may occur with short notice, due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., road conditions, river safety levels, or community events).
Our team will inform you immediately of any changes and will prioritize your comfort, safety, and experience.
🧾 Booking & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 3 days before the program date will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 1 day or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
In the case of cancellation due to dangerous weather conditions, we will offer rescheduling or a partial refund based on the situation.

To ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment during your program with Outreach Borneo, please take note of the following:
👕 What to Wear:
Comfortable outdoor clothing (preferably quick-dry)
Covered walking shoes or sports sandals with grip
Hat or cap for sun protection
A light raincoat or poncho (especially during rainy season)
🎒 What to Bring:
A small daypack to carry your belongings
Refillable water bottle (we aim to reduce plastic!)
Sunscreen and insect repellent
Personal medications (if required)
Extra change of clothes and towel (for water activities)
Waterproof bag or dry bag for electronics and valuables
🚫 Please Avoid Bringing:
Valuables or unnecessary electronics
Plastic bags or single-use items (support our eco efforts!)
Open footwear like flip-flops (unless specified for certain activities)

Respect local culture by dressing modestly in community areas
